Shenzhen Venture Capital Plaza | Space Design
Shenzhen Capital Plaza (Red Soil Innovation Plaza Project), a landmark building in Shenzhen Bay, is 261.3 meters high. The building looks like a wave, standing side by side with the “spring bamboo shoots” of China Resources Headquarters. It is the headquarters building of Shenzhen Capital Group, a state-owned enterprise in Shenzhen. After it is put into use, it will become an important hub for capital circulation in the country.
The Shenzhen Capital Group Plaza project, undertaken by China Construction Third Engineering Bureau, is located in the Houhai Financial Core Area of Shenzhen. It has a construction area of 169,300 square meters, a building height of 261.3 meters, 55 floors above ground and 4 floors underground (8 floors in the mechanical garage area). It is a super-A-class office building that integrates comprehensive office, commercial, hub, coastal activities and other elements. After the project is put into use, it will become a benchmark building for the gathering of innovative financial enterprises in the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area and an important hub for capital circulation across the country.
U-shaped square tube product features:
U-shaped square grooves are open ceilings with high consistency and neat side-by-side arrangement, which is conducive to the arrangement of ventilation facilities and fire sprinklers without affecting the overall effect. They can also be matched with the exposed frame system. The U-shaped square grooves are firmly connected, each piece can be repeatedly assembled and disassembled, and is easy to match with various lamps and devices, making equipment maintenance more convenient. At the same time, the color is uniform and consistent, and it is used indoors with a 30-year warranty without discoloration.
Suitable for corridors, bars, libraries, clubs, squares, exhibitions, subway stations, airports, shopping malls, office buildings, etc.
Shenzhen Capital Group will introduce relevant entities in the industrial chain and design the spatial atmosphere to create an investor exchange center, a business service center, and a financial support center. It will build Shenzhen Capital Plaza into a geographical benchmark and financial aggregation center for venture capital in the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area, and help build the Shenzhen International Venture Capital Center.
